How will coronavirus affect my order? 

Our packages are still being dispatched and delivered as normal, however there may be slight delays in delivery time due to coronavirus.
We are taking extra precautions to ensure all our customers and staff are safe.
Our staff are adhering to all government guidelines i.e. washing hands regularly, wearing face coverings and keeping distance.

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK Orders: Royal Mail aims to deliver first class orders in 1 working day; and second class orders in 2-3 working days.
Worldwide Orders: Royal Mail aims to deliver in 6-7 working days.
Due to coronavirus, our courier has advised us there may be some delays, so please allow 10 working days before contacting us.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

If you have not received your order within 10 working days of placing your order, please contact us at help@deependclothing.com

When will an item be back in stock? 

When an item is back in stock, we will announce this on our social media accounts and via email. To ensure you do not miss out on a restock, please subscribe to our email list and follow our social medias.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.

What do I do if an item is missing or damaged?

If you notice your product is damaged upon receiving it, please contact us immediately. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at returns@deependclothing.com so we can resolve the issue.

Do you accept refunds? 

We do accept refunds, however this needs to be in line with our refund policy. You can view our refund policy here.

What courier do you use?

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail.

Can I have items sent to someone as a gift?  

We can send orders as gifts, however we do not gift wrap or offer gift notes.

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us with your order details and reason for cancellation at help@deependclothing.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible, however we cannot guarantee your cancellation will be processed.
